Many events call for the entire Jacobson House. Beautifully planned, our 2 floors offer privacy when necessary, yet lots of space for gathering in over 3,600 square feet. We have planned our historic downtown home with the future in mind. As our children grow and have families of their own, they will be guaranteed a comfortable, yet private, homecoming for family gatherings.
Guests of The Jacobsons have discovered that this is the perfect setting for weddings and family reunions. We offer separate floors for 2 or 3 families' privacy, plus lots of common areas when the need arises.
Enjoy gleaming heart pine flooring throughout and high ceilings. Six foot windows offer a beautiful view of St. Philip's Church steeple and prestigious Broad Street. Visitors love our romantic rooftop deck overlooking Charleston's centuries old rooftops and chimneys.
