We offer a variety of accommodations, everything from a cozy suite for two to
our spacious three bedroom, two bath top floor condo. Wedding parties and family reunions enjoy the Jacobson House, offering accommodations to comfortably sleep up to 14 people.

All of our rates are net---No commissions are added
All SC sales and accommodations taxes are INCLUDED
All major credit cards accepted.
2% discount for payment by check.
50% payment required for vacations booked within 60 days of occupancy. Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
$200 security deposit on all rentals.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if replacement renter is found less $100 handling fee.
$100 cleaning fee added to full week rentals and/or full house rental.
