Booking Terms & Policies
- Net rates — no commissions are added
- All SC sales and accommodations taxes are included in the rates shown
- All major credit cards accepted
- 2% discount for payment by check
- 50% payment required for vacations booked within 60 days of occupancy; balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
- $200 refundable security deposit required on all rentals; refunded upon vacating the property
- Cancellation policy: full refund if a replacement renter is found, less a $100 handling fee
- $100 cleaning fee added to full week rentals and/or full house rental
- No pets and no smoking
